The ThunderBolts completed a trade sending pitcher Toro Trevino and catcher Charlie Lisk to the Gateway Grizzlies for pitchers Cory Lapinski and Anthony Rebyanski.

Rebyanski played most of 2006 for the Grizzlies. He was 2-4 with a 3.62 ERA in 19 games out of the bullpen. Frontier League hitters managed just a .179 average against Rebyanski. The right-hander fanned 36 batters and gave up only 17 hits in 27.1 innings pitched.
