11/16/10 - Shawn Schwarz with Pittsburgh Pirates

Shawn Schwarz (IUP Baseball 2006-2007 and 2007-2008) in the Pittsburgh Pirates dugout this past summer as part of an internship with his Master's Degree in Health and Physical Activity at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation in December, Schwarz plans to work in the Sports Medicine / Strength and Conditioning field. He hit .374 (68-for-182) his senior season at IUP with 14 doubles, 3 triples, 4 HR, 43 RBI. Schwarz attended Westmoreland CC 2004-2006.
