A: The bond you make with teammates who become brothers that share the same passion for the sport you play.

A:
You’re thinking too much, just let
your ability take over.
Q: Who is your most influential role
model?
A:
My mom.
Q: What celebrity would you most like to meet?
A:
Mickey Mantle.
Q: Do you have a favorite type of music you listen to?
A: Techno.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A:
Shawshank Redemption.
Q: What is your favorite sports movie?
A: Coach Carter.

A: All you can eat fresh snow crab legs.

A:
Thanksgiving.

A: Atlanta Braves.

Q: Name one thing that people would be surprised to learn about you.
A:
I had a serious open heart surgery in 9th
grade.
Q: What is the place that you haven’t traveled to, that you would most like
to visit?
A: D2 College World Series with IUP.
Q: What would be your dream job?
A: Owner of an indoor sports facility.
Q: What is it that attracted you
to IUP?
A: Compact campus, closer to home, solid baseball squad.
Q: What do you like most about the
city of Indiana?
A: Owen J. Dougherty Baseball Complex on IUP's South Campus.
Q: What baseball team in the PSAC
would you most like to beat?
A: Anyone who stands in the way of the College World Series.
Q: What is your favorite thing
about the sport of baseball?
A:
Hitting is the hardest thing to do
in any sport. Its also a game of failure which makes you stand up to adversity
and forget about anything in the past, think only “this pitch.”
Q: What is your earliest baseball
memory?
A: Playing t-ball I would throw the ball back to the adult pitcher so hard
it would hurt his hand.
Q: If you could play any other
sport in college, what would it be?
A:
Football, wide receiver, no doubt
about it.
Q: What pre-game superstitions or
rituals do you have?
A: In the box before I hit, I turn my bat upside down and write “1-22-09”
behind me in the sand. This is so I know my grandmother has my back during
every AB, she knew more about baseball then anyone I knew.
Q: What are some of your favorite
things to do in your spare time when you are not playing baseball?
A: Laugh a lot, eat a lot, play video games, hang out with friends.
Q: What was your favorite
TV show growing up?
A: The Roadrunner.
Q: What is your favorite TV show
now? Do you have a favorite character on that show?
A:
Rob and Big
Q: What are your career
goals?
A: Graduate, get drafted, play minor league baseball until I learn enough to
make it to the bigs. If that doesn’t work out, coach baseball or stay with it
anyway I can.
Q: What does it take to be
academically successful at IUP?
A: I'm still trying to find that answer for myself.
Q: What
does it take to be athletically successful at IUP?
A: Haven’t done so yet but I am going to say passion, determination, will
power, fight through adversity no matter what.
