We need to sharpen the saw …

There is an old story about a lumberjack working his butt off sawing a tree.  He was making progress, but not enough.  So, he worked harder and harder.  A guy came by and told him he thought the lumberjacks saw was dull.  He told him to stop and sharpen his saw. The lumberjack told him he was too busy sawing to sharpen it.

I believe strongly that you need to take the time to sharpen your saw every day.
Sharpen your mental saw, sharpen your physical saw, sharpen your spiritual saw.

We need to get our belief system right.  We will never achieve anything more than what we believe.  We need to go out and compete with all of the dimensions: mental toughness, physical toughness, tactical toughness, spiritual toughness.

We need to put it on a level our opponent does not understand.

Pain will be experienced - the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.
If pain is inevitable, put it on the front side. Put it in the process of preparation.

To much fear and not enough faith in my opinion.
