Q: What baseball memory stands out the most for you?
A: Winning the District 11 Championship as a sophomore in high school and
everyone piling on me at the pitcher’s mound.
Q: What is the best part of being a college athlete?
A: Having a schedule so you have to get your work done when it is due.
Q: What is the best advice you have ever received from a coach?
A: Always give 100% and work as hard as you can. There is always someone else
trying to work harder then you.
Q: Who is your most influential role model?
A: My dad because he taught me to never give up and you may only have one chance
at your dream so do everything you can to get there.
Q: What celebrity would you most like to meet?
A: Carrie Underwood.
Q: Do you have a favorite type of music you listen to?
A: Country.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: Scarface and Boondock Saints
Q: What is your favorite sports movie?
A: Bull Durham.
Q: Do you have a favorite food or meal?
A: Chicken Parmesan.

A: Christmas.

A: Atlanta Braves.

Who is your favorite professional baseball player?
A: Johan Santana because he controls the game from the mound.

A: I have diabetes.
Q: What is the place that you haven’t traveled to, that you would most like
to visit?
A: Texas.
Q: What would be your dream job?
A: To pitch for the Atlanta Braves.

What is it that attracted you to IUP?
A: I liked the baseball field and really liked the campus when I came to
visit.

What do you like most about the city of Indiana?
A: It is small but when the college students are here there is still a
lot to do.

What baseball team in the PSAC would you most like to beat?
A: All of them .

What is your favorite thing about the sport of baseball?
A: It is a team game but at the same time there is a big individual
aspect.

What is your earliest baseball memory?
A: Playing catch with my dad at our old house.

If you could play any other sport in college, what would it be?
A: Basketball.

What (if any) pre-game superstitions or rituals do you have?
A: I do not have anything big except not stepping on the lines on the way out to
the mound, other then that I just go out there and play ball.

What are some of your favorite things to do in your spare time when you are
not playing baseball?
A: Hanging out with all the guys, working out, playing video games.

What was your favorite TV show growing up?
A: Walker Texas Ranger .

What is your favorite TV show now? Do you have a favorite character on that
show?
A: Law and Order SVU. I don’t have a favorite character, they are all good.

What are your career goals
A: To make enough money to support my family in a comfortable lifestyle.

What does it take to be academically successful at IUP?
A: Do your work and ALWAYS go to class.

What does it take to be athletically successful at IUP?
A: Listen to your coaches and work hard. Always do what is asked of you and do
it to your full potential.
