Q: What baseball memory stands out the most for you?
A: Throwing back-to-back no-hitters in high school.
Q: What is the best part of being a college athlete?
A: Being able to schedule classes early.
Q: What is the best advice you have ever received from a coach?
A: Leave your heart on the field.
Q: Who is your most influential role model?
A: My parents.
Q: What celebrity would you most like to meet?
A: Ben Roethlisberger.
Q: Do you have a favorite type of music you listen to?
A: I listen to all music, rap, rock, country, and I’ll listen to any other kinds
available.
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: 300.
Q: What is your favorite sports movie?
A: Remember the Titans.
Q: Do you have a favorite food or meal?
A: Probably lobster, or crab in some kind of pasta.
Q: What is your favorite holiday?
A:
Christmas with St. Patrick’s day in a close second.

What is your favorite professional baseball team?
A: The Pittsburgh Pirates.

Who is your favorite professional baseball player?
A: Johan Santana.
Q: Name one thing that people would be surprised to learn about you.
A: The Boston Red Sox Manager Terry Francona is from my hometown of New
Brighton, Pa.
Q: What is the place that you haven’t traveled to, that you would most like
to visit?
A: I would like visit Scotland someday.
Q: What would be your dream job?
A: I would like to be a school psychologist in a good school district.
Q:
What is it that attracted you to IUP?
A: I liked the large student body that IUP has, but at the same time it
maintains the feel of a small town.
Q:
What do you like most about the city of Indiana?
A: I like that there is a lot of good restaurants and typically a lot of
things to do in town, while it is reasonably close to Pittsburgh.
Q:
What baseball team in the PSAC would you most like to beat?
A: I would like to beat California U. of Pa because I have many friends
from my area that play for that team and also feel there is a good rivalry
between the two schools.

What is your favorite thing about the sport of baseball?
A: I like baseball because of the opportunities I have received to meet a
lot of good friends, and the ability to display my competitiveness in a positive
way.

What is your earliest baseball memory?
A: When I was about 5 I would pitch to my dad in my front yard and use a root
from a tree as the pitchers mound.

If you could play any other sport in college, what would it be?
A: Football.

What (if any) pre-game superstitions or rituals do you have?
A: I just try to relax and think about what I need to do to succeed when I get
on the field.

What are some of your favorite things to do in your spare time when you are
not playing baseball?
A: Catching up on some sleep and watching sports on television.

A: Walker Texas Ranger.

A: SportsCenter

What are your career goals
A: I would like to attend a graduate school for school psychology, and
ultimately receive a doctorate in this area of study.

What does it take to be academically successful at IUP?
A: Attending class is crucial. Learning how to manage your time with school
work and practice is another key obstacle to being a successful student.

What does it take to be athletically successful at IUP?
A: Working hard everyday and putting in the extra time because your opponent is
going to be doing the same thing.
