Here are a few paragraphs. I hope they work for your site! It looks awesome!

After speaking to many of America's greatest sports coaches, and asking them what makes success, the common theme was: You. You determine your own fate. Your belief in yourself. Your work ethic. Your ability to handle adversity, and overcome obstacles. Your willingness to work with others. Your attitude. It all hinges on you.

So believe in yourself, and stick with it for the long haul, because as legendary boxing trainer Emanuel Steward says, "Life is steadily evolving, alternating currents, like electricity. And when anything in life is extremely, extremely good, be prepared, because it's going to have to turn. That's part of life. It'll come back and turn and not be so good. And if it's extremely, extremely bad, just hold on. Stay humble and keep working, because you could be on a winning streak and doing everything that's right and all of a sudden you run across a spot where every thing seems to go wrong. It happens. Just be prepared to survive it."

It took me over four years to write my book. I did it by simply committing to write at least fifteen minutes per day. That small commitment forced me to sit down at the computer everyday. Sometimes that fifteen minutes turned into an hour, sometimes 3 hours. And little by little, the book got finished. Los Angeles Angels Manager Mike Scioscia said something that stuck with me, he said, "I think sometimes people lose focus or get blurred by the size of the mountain that the goal is sitting on and they don't see how they can do it. Or they know it's attainable but they don't take the inch-by-inch approach to attain it, and all of a sudden their foundation isn't what it should be and it crumbles. So to reach a goal, don't focus on the goal - focus on the path to get to that goal."

Thanks for including me, if there's anything I can do in the future, please be sure to let me know.

All the best,

Christian
